Pho 96 NY

We’re so glad we made a stop here on our Hudson valley trip. Literally the best pho we’ve had in NJ/NY. The noodles were al dente, the meats were tender, the broth was deep and flavorful without being packed with sodium. Even has a great skillet and baguette dish that people line up 2 hours for in NYC. The hardworking owner can be seen moving about the small shop at a feverish pace during dinner rush. He still takes his time to explain the menus and serve everyone with the warmest hospitality possible. We hope he hires a worker or two on busy days because it would be a shame if he burns out at this pace. We want to taste his delicious bowls of pho for many years to come!

Stopped in on the recommendation of some other locals, and now I'm bothered that I haven't been in before. Go past the place all the time, and with the location so close to the walkway, seems like the perfect place to grab lunch before or after a walk or to take a sandwich to eat on the way. Got the vegetarian banh mi and it was fantastic. Great quality on the bread, and the lightly pickled carrots are phenomenal.

The best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Poughkeepsie. The Vietnamese omelette was crispy and well seasoned, the pho was perfect for a snowy, cold day. The service was great, cannot recommend this place enough.

Very sweet owners! Vegan options! the homemade honey-ginger tea and the house sauce (in a cute crock) were the perfect accompaniments to my bahn mi. Great place when running errands in downtown POK…or before/after a walk on the walkway over the Hudson (one block away). And, There is a guitar available in the dining room for anyone to play.

Amazing pho, crispy egg rolls and corn pudding!! Very flavorful, clean broth with tender beef. The crispy egg rolls were fried perfectly with fresh lettuce. Lots of care put into the food and everyone was so friendly. My new to-go Vietnamese restaurant.
